1. After the machine tool arrives at the user, the user is responsible for putting it in place and checking it according to the packing list. If the appearance, variety, model and specification of the machine tool are inconsistent, or there are missing parts, the user shall notify the local insurance company in writing on the day of receipt. If Shenzhen Zetian CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. is damaged during transportation, the user shall notify the local insurance company on the day of receipt.

2. The supplier is responsible for 3 ~ 5 days of free commissioning and operation training for users, and the accommodation expenses during this period shall be borne by the supplier.

3. If the demander has any objection to the quality of the machine tool, it shall submit a written quality objection form to the supplier within 10 days from the date of commissioning.
