The wide base sliding rail adopts four rail design. All sliding rails are processed by high-frequency wave ripening and precision grinding. They slide smoothly with each other in combination with wear-resistant fluorinated resin, low resistance and low friction coefficient to ensure the accuracy of the machine.

The support seats at both ends of each shaft are pre tensioned with five roller screw special bearings to maintain the precision during mature expansion.

High density coupling is adopted for direct transmission to reduce transmission clearance

Fully closed mountain shaped telescopic cover is adopted in the three-axis direction, with excellent sealing and chip removal performance.
